## What to include

So we can help you as quickly as possible, include a few details in your message:

* **Your store name** — so we can find your account.
* **The camera** involved, if your question is about a specific feed.
* **Roughly when it happened** — the date and time of the incident or issue.
* **What you saw** — a short description, and a screenshot if it's a dashboard
  question.

The more context you can give us up front, the faster we can get you an answer.
